West side was able to get me in the day I was in Spokane. They had my tires of preference in stock and mounted them towards the end of the day, close to closing. I know they easily could have passed due to the timing of my arrival in Spokane but the service gang got me in and mounted the tires. This made my trip, thanks so much for the flexibility and willingness to get me back on the road to finish my road trip. Cant say enough about the service department at west side!!

What started out as a simple oil change and service turned difficult for us and West Side Motorsports. Unknown to us or West Side a former service individual overfilled our Honda PCX Scooter with too much oil. A clear problem showed up where the PCX would not reach top speed and seem to heat up a bit until the over filled oil was discovered. West Side removed the excess oil and we test drove the PCX ... no change. A service Technician got involved and test drove our PCX. He concluded that there was indeed a problem and promised to resolve it. After some time we received the PCX back and it was indeed corrected by West Side Technicians. Having purchased this PCX used ... we assumed that the vibration experienced on take off was normal. We were mistaken! After West Side dug into the problem exasperated by the oil being over filled problem ... they corrected the problem by installing a new belt at their cost along with repairing the clutch wear problem at cost. We are more than grateful to Sydney and her crew for staying on top of our problem and seeing to it that we had a fully functional PCX ... even though it appear the West Side was not totally responsible for our difficulty. Thanks to one and all!

I just wanted to give a shout out to your service department. I called 3 or 4 times on February 12 with a question about a recall on an older sled. The gentleman who answered the phone and dealt with me was very helpful and friendly. He also took the time to figure out my question. I had previously called a different dealer and was told that they couldn't look up the VIN for me. I ended up buying the sled in question and now would like to purchase a cover for it. Dave and Sandy are the greatest!! We were on a motorcycle trip to WA, ID, and Canada and just dropped in to look around.. Found exactly the motorcycle we were looking for, and Dave set it aside for us until I could return to pick it up!! We were able to take care of all the details on the telephone and email, the service department squared us away on a new set of tires, and Dave even came to pick us up.. Well, our riding jackets were in our luggage, that was misrouted to BFE, soooo.... they squared us away with a great deal on some replacement gear so we could be on our way!! When we decide to add another motorcycle or ATV, we will first consider Westside, as it's worth the 700 mile trip!!

We bought two new bikes from them this year and their customer service has been out of this world. We live 400 miles away and arranged the deals over the phone/email. When we arrived to pick up the bikes, one in April and one in July, everything was was ready to go with no surprises. We stopped in on a road trip in September and were greeted at the door with cold water and a smile. I needed a new helmet and they swapped the communicators and even shipped my old helmet home for me. Thank you Tyler and all the guys in the parts department. I can't praise these guys enough.

I brought in a V-star 1100 to have aftermarket Bars installed. Todd in parts worked with me to aquire the necessary cables and such. He was extremely helpful in finding what I would need, and I appreciate it. I get the sense that he's the go-to guy, and if it exists, he can find it.I met Ryan in service dept, and he did the actual installation. He was pretty good at communicating to me what he had done to get it to work. And the results were better than I expected. The bike had stock bars on it that were extremely awkward for me, so when Ryan was thru with the work, I could actually ride this bike.It took some patience with getting the process done. I now know there is a pretty long backlog thru the riding season, and getting things like this accomplished is a timing thing. Its prolly better to get service done during a slower time of year. Ive seen folks comments about the wait time, and that was true for me as well.Overall I thank Todd, and Ryan, and the staff for their efforts. The Cost was as They quoted at the beginning, And I got a lot more than I paid for. Im enjoying this bike immensely. Great Job!

Way back in 1988, I was headed east after a 12,000 mile tour of the US. My Yamaha was coughing up blood as I pulled into the parking lot late on a Saturday afternoon. Ok, I've had motorcycles since I have memory in my life. These guys are amazing, it has to be my best experience so far with every aspect of having a motorcycle. I have bought 2 bikes from them so far and couldn't be happier. I had a bad experience with another dealer with my Yamaha enduro so decided to take it to them as well Now I prefer to drive 50 miles each way to service all my bikes at Westside. Today I took out the enduro and it is a different motorcycle. they made it better than new and its a 2011. Crazy. Very happy with the service team and how eager they were to hear what I thought of how they tuned the bike. Ive serviced 3 BMW bikes with them and its been great every time. I have a BMW K1600 GTLE that was overheating at slow urban speeds. I had ridden through horrendous construction and received a mudbath. There were no engine faults showing. I tried powerwashing the radiator, which only seemed to help a bit.I took the bike in to Westside on short notice. They checked out all computer codes, found nothing wrong with the cooling system, and applied undiluted Simple Green to the hot radiator, waited 5 minutes, and powerwashed. The bike now runs normally.Hats off to Kevin as well as Ryan. Although I know they spent some time on the motorcycle, I was not charged for the service. I highly recommend this shop.It is worthwhile to note that they are temporarily short-staffed, and clearly had lots of work, yet they took care of me. Due to their current undermanned status, the service department can be difficult to reach by phone, but that's because they are all working on bikes!! You can always contact them through Haven at customer service who was a gem and got me an appointment on short notice and was easy to contact.

I just took the intermediate course from Brain last Thursday, October 8th. I rode for close to twenty years in my youth and haven't ridden in the last 20 years. Brian was very knowlegable and comprehensive. During the afternoon riding instruction he was thorough with excellent suggestions during the various practice lessons. I want to point out that after twenty years being away from bikes and at age 65 Brian tought me a variety of items in class and on the practice ground I did not know, back then or now. My wife and I went in and traded two vehicles and purchased two road bikes...My wife ended up with a new Honda CTX 700 and I ended up with the Yamaha FZ07. We had been to this dealership two times before were we had been able to take test rides and make sure we were happy with the bikes we chose. Of course the first FZ07 I wanted was sold in between our visits, so I first settled with a Versys 650. An awesome bike but, not what I wanted. I went back for service on my wife's bike and saw they had just received a 2016 FZ07. I ended up trading the Versys for the FZ07 and am now happier then a Cop eating his favorite donut! This last week I had the pleasure of being trained for Motorcycle riding in your Basic Course by JIM KIEFER .This man is truly a great asset to your company, He is a powerful educator, covers everything in detail, and what is really great he loves his job .He has the experience and dedication to see beyond what is on course and understands not all individuals are the same, or have the same stamina or needs. He finds away to help each individual and most important he is a happy trainer.My comments above have justifiable merit . I had just completed the same course in Wenatchee Wash. I can attest to the fact that his course is at the minimum 50 percent better and presented so much more information, I really was amazed at the difference. Plus the "Range" (place or field for bike training)course is so superior to the one Wenatchee uses . The presentation of SO MUCH MORE INFORMATION IN HIS COURSE just might be something WE CAN USE TO PREVENT AN ACCIDENT .Please pass on to him our Thanks or his dedication to his job.

I recently had my atv transmission worked on justin in service was taking care of all the warranty paper work he was doing a good job keeping me updated on the process of everything. i picked it up jan 30th when i got home and looked at the paper work i noticed that the aircleaner got replaced with a new 1 with out my permission. i was NOT notifeld and did NOT give the ok to change it and got charged for it with a 1/2 hr shop rate i am not happy with that.1 out of 5 stars i give 2on the other hand i needed some ball jionts for the front and todd in parts found some after market parts for me. i am very happy with his service todd deserves to get noticed for his servicees in parts. 5 out of 5 stars

I purchased my 4 wheeler from Westside in October of 2013 with the help from Tyler in sales. Tyler always greets me and my husband when we arrive through the door. He asks what we have been experiencing with our 4 wheelers. I have come in many times to ask questions or purchase parts. Zane, Charlie and Todd have been very helpful and are willing to make sure the parts are the correct ones. I tried two different sets of hand guards before getting the right ones for my atv. The guards fit and I am very happy! Bought a New 2014 Ninja 650 ABS from Tyler at Westside Motorsports a few weeks ago.
It had/has a manufacturing defect coming from Kawasaki which I noticed after owning the bike for about 48 hours, so I took it back to Tyler and the rest of the Fine folks at Westside to see what they'd say/do about it.
They proceeded to go far above and beyond any expectation I'd had from prior experiences with other dealerships, by tearing the bike down and building it back up with new parts numerous times to find the root cause of the issue.
After finding that Kawasaki would not honor their own "manufacturer's new bike warranty", Tyler and Westside Motorsports didn't hesitate for a moment to entirely foot the bill/cost of all of the labor hours, parts, and expensive aftermarket add-ons they had to spend simply on finding the cause of the problem and fixing it to the best of their ability (which I might add was at a significant financial cost/loss to them). I could write a Novel on just the number of ways they showed that they truly valued their customers, and never gave a second thought to positively responding to their needs and desires.
I normally work on my own bikes for most minor mechanical issues just to save a few dollars here and there, but with the expertise that their service department brings to the table, I've found myself more than happy to bring my bikes in to be serviced here just knowing that they'll address whatever issue/service I've brought it in for, as well as fixing any other issues they may find while going over the bike before returning it to my possession.
And they've done all this at the lowest price point, and quite often in my experience complimentarily (free of charge). I've already recommended this dealership to Friends and Family alike, and I wouldn't hesitate for an instant to recommend Westside Motorsports to any Prospective Rider who needs any service done RIGHT, and I'd recommend Tyler (The Salesman who truly took care of me during and after my initial purchase) at Westside Motorsports to Any prospective buyer looking to not get hustled or pressured into a sale and to have true customer care/service continue after their purchase has long passed. "I brought in my R1100 GS for major service late last year (2010). The centerstand bolt had cracked which caused severe stress on the remaining bolt which resulted in the engine case cracking. My 100,000 mile BMW quickly became the SS Valdez! The service department manager, Josh, was excellent to work with as he provided accurate quotes and schedules for when the work would be done. The service tech made sure I knew what was going on and if there was anything that should be taken care while the bike was in the shop. Upon getting the bike back I have taken it through its paces and it runs as if there was never any damage. I contacted the dealership through email to sales stating exactly what I wanted to purchase and I inquired if financing could be completed through the Internet. There was an initial problem w the quad and it was unforseen and would have been impossible for the guys to know they were selling it like this. "Greetings Scott, I received a card from your dealership with questions regarding my experience with Westside. Because my experience was, and always has been excellent, I decided to write this note. First off, in all the years that I have browsed your showroom, never have the sales staff tired of my endless questions. This shows a real concern with both the dealership and the customer. Secondly, when I did FINALY decided to purchase the KLR, Jason and the team really worked hard to insure that the new bike was delivered on time. Even though the bike would not start after I got it home, Jason cleared the way to have my bike fixed promptly. This says a lot about the sales staff, who helped resolve a factory issue after the sale. Thirdly, Todd was very helpful with his experienced advice on parts and accessories. He really knows the good stuff from the crap. Fourthly, the service department was fast and thorough with both the starting problem and the break in period service. They offered advice and tips as to best break in my new bike and offered cautions about new tires on wet roads. And of course, the detail guys, the ones that have to do all the paperwork, where great. They made the experience quick and professional. The gals at the cashiering desk have always been friendly and competent. All in all I can not think of one thing that needs changing. Keep up the great job. PS.
